The Employment Based ITE (EBITE) Programmes offer an Early Years programme, a Primary programme, and a Secondary programme in a wide range of subjects. All programmes offer the opportunity to train whilst earning a salary as an unqualified teacher.
The Employment Based ITE (EBITE) Programmes will focus support to the candidates’ developing needs and recognise continuity in the development of support. They will also set suitable goals to promote progression in the candidates’ skills.
For all courses the school must employ the candidate as a teacher. The contractual arrangements are those negotiated between the candidate and the school.
