School Centred Initial Teacher Education (SCITE)
Formerly the West Mercia Consortium SCITT and the Marches Consortium SCITT, we are now bringing all of our Initial Teacher Education courses into one provider - the Robert Owen Foundation.
We offer full time School Centred Initial Teacher Education PGCE courses in Early Years, Primary and Secondary age ranges.
We work in partnership with excellent local nurseries, schools and colleges to deliver the PGCE courses, and our partnership schools are fully involved in the training programme and the assessment of trainee teachers... >> more
Employment Based Initial Teacher Education (EBITE)
Formerly the Robert Owen Consortium EBITT, we are now bringing all of our Initial Teacher Education courses into one provider - the Robert Owen Foundation.
The Employment Based programmes offer the opportunity to train whilst earning a salary as an unqualified teacher.
We offer Early Years, Primary and Secondary Employment Based Initial Teacher Education Programmes, in a wide range of subjects.
We offer the Graduate Teacher Programme, the Registered Teacher Programme and the Overseas Trained Teacher Programme.
