We have been delivering education and training projects in Herefordshire and the Marches region since 1993.
Our expertise and experience has developed since then, particularly in vocational training through projects such as Vocational Education and Training Opportunities (VETO) and the European Funded Alternative Learning Pathways for Success (ALPS) project.
We see great value in vocational training opportunities and are currently working with a number of partners and providers to deliver training projects across the Marches region.
Vocational Training
The Alternative Learning Pathways for Success (ALPS) project gave disengaged 14-16 year old students across Herefordshire access to the experiences offered by alternative education programmes, such as work experience and vocational courses, re-engaging them in learning and placing them in a position to later benefit from post-16 learning opportunities and employment.
Fair Literacy Campaign
The Robert Owen Fair Literacy Campaign is a charitable international project that aims to extend a modern 21st Century education to some of the poorest parts of the world. Initially starting in Bangladesh, the Campaign aims to deliver a programme of teacher training, utilising our expertise in this area, and to develop schools built upon the co-operative values and principles.
