Shaping Futures is a programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses developed by the Robert Owen Group.

We want to work with teachers and schools to provide appropriate staff development and training across a range of areas that have been identified by the participants themselves.

We want to empower teachers to progress their professional expertise in a vibrant and sustainable way within a framework of co-operative values.
