Outside Representations, Interests and Areas of Expertise:

• A retired city comprehensive Headteacher.
• Former director and executive committee member Midland Examination Group and director and vice-chair West Midland Examination Board. Both bodies had an annual turnover in the nineties of about £18million.
• Former councillor on both Herefordshire Unitary Council, on which I was Vice-chairman and Cabinet Member for Social and Economic Development, and   South Hereford District Council.
• At present a director of Kemble Housing Association and Chair of Supported Housing for Young People Project (SHYPP).
• Also a director of Community First, a third sector facilitator.
