Anthony Batchelor is a former college Principal and Open University Tutor. In the past he was Subject Adviser for Citizenship on the Marches Consortium Secondary School Centred Initial Teacher Education PGCE course and he has written several textbooks in the subject. In addition to responsibilities in the Robert Owen Group he is also Chair of Examiners and Principal Examiner for Edexcel, the GCE and GCSE awarding body.
