Annual Meeting for Members and Annual General Meetings

Thank you to all of you who attended and took part in the Annual Meeting for Members held on 15th October 2010 and the Annual General Meetings held on 9th November 2010.

At the Annual Meeting for Members, Officers and Trustees from the Group presented the Annual Report for 2009-10 and also discussed the way forward for the Group in the year ahead, as detailed in our Vision & Service Delivery Plan for 2010-11.

Our members

Our members are the nurseries, schools, colleges and Higher Education institutions who work in partnership with us to train teachers. Our members are also community and voluntary groups and other interested individuals.

As a co-operative organisation our members all have a say in what we do and how we do it.

Customer and member feedback

We are committed to engaging with our members and customers, and feedback from you is important to us. 

The Robert Owen Group values your opinions and we use feedback to improve what we do. We welcome all feedback, be it a compliment, suggestion or a complaint.

We always aim to resolve any issues members or customers may have through informal discussion.  However, if this is not possible you can follow the Group's formal complaints procedure.

Listening to and responding to your feedback - "you said, we did."

We enjoy hearing when we are doing things well and telling us what we are doing wrong is important to help us to improve and to put things right.

On the website, we've published some results from recent customer surveys and feedback and also detailed what we are going to do, or what we have already done, to improve our services.
